This Privacy Policy explains how Honevia Team (“Honevia,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Honevia app and related services.

Age Requirement (17+)

The Services are intended for users who are at least 17 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 17. If you believe a user under 17 has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate steps to delete it.

1) Information We Collect

We collect information in three categories: (A) information you provide, (B) information collected automatically, and (C) information collected with your permission (for example, location).

1.1 Information You Provide

  • Account information: name, username, and email address.
  • Customer support and communications: content you send when you contact support (including attachments, if any).
  • Content you choose to process: photos and any text you choose to input or upload for conversion or related features.

1.2 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Device information: device model, operating system version, app version, language, time zone, and similar technical identifiers.
  • Usage data: feature interactions, approximate session activity, and performance metrics.
  • Crash logs and diagnostics: error reports and troubleshooting data to help us improve reliability.

1.3 Location Information (Only With Your Permission)

If you grant permission, we may collect precise or approximate location information. You can disable location access at any time in your device settings.

1.4 Cookies, Web Beacons, and Similar Technologies

If our Services include web-based components (for example, a login page, embedded web views, or a companion website), we may use cookies and similar technologies (which may include web beacons) to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and measure and improve performance.

2) How We Use Information

  • Provide and maintain the Services.
  • Process your requests (including photo-to-cube-style 3D conversion).
  • Personalize your experience (such as saving preferences).
  • Improve the Services (analytics, debugging, preventing crashes).
  • Protect security and integrity (detect abuse and unauthorized access).
  • Provide customer support and respond to requests.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your personal information for targeted advertising, and we do not engage in cross-app tracking as defined by Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework.

3) Photo, Face, and Biometric Information

Honevia transforms 2D photos into cube-style stereoscopic works. We do not perform facial recognition, and we do not collect or infer biometric identifiers for identification purposes.

  • One-time processing: photos are processed only to produce your requested output.
  • No unnecessary retention: if you choose optional cloud processing, we delete uploaded photos and related processing data after the result is delivered. If processing happens locally on your device, your photos remain on your device and you can delete them at any time.
  • Default local storage: generated results are stored locally on your device unless you choose to export or share them.
  • No training / no marketing: photos and generated outputs are not used to train models or for marketing.

4) Optional Cloud Processing (Including AI-Assisted Processing)

Some features may allow you to upload photos and/or text to our servers for processing (for example, faster processing, enhanced effects, or AI-assisted conversion). This is optional and fully controlled by you.

  • Processing location: your uploaded content is processed on Honevia’s own servers.
  • No third-party sharing: we do not share uploaded photos, text, or generated results with any third party for processing or any other purpose.
  • Deletion after completion: we delete uploaded content and intermediate processing data as soon as processing is complete (or promptly after a short technical window needed to deliver the result).
  • No training: uploaded content is not used to train any AI or machine learning models.

5) How We Share Information

We share information only as necessary and in these circumstances:

  • With your consent or at your direction.
  • With service providers (processors) for essential business purposes, under contractual obligations.
  • For legal reasons (lawful requests and process).
  • To protect rights and safety (fraud, security, enforcement).

When we share information, we do so on a minimum-necessary basis. Your information may be processed in other countries; where required, we use safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).

6) Security

  • Encryption in transit and, where appropriate, at rest.
  • Access controls and least-privilege practices.
  • Regular security reviews and audits.
  • Backup and recovery procedures.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7) Data Retention

  • Account data: while your account is active.
  • Account deletion: delete or anonymize within 30 days, unless longer retention is required by law.
  • Usage data: up to 12 months.
  • Support content: up to 6 months.

Content uploaded for optional cloud processing is deleted after processing.

8) Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

9) Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may allow you to export or share content using third-party platforms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

10) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or by other appropriate means. The Effective Date above indicates when this Privacy Policy was last updated.

11) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of Honevia’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law or where you may bring claims in small claims court.
