The Services are intended only for users who are at least 17 years old. By using the Services, you represent that you are 17 or older.
2) About Honevia
Honevia is a professional tool dedicated to converting 2D photos into 3D cube-style stereoscopic works. It focuses on a cube-shaped stereoscopic effect that transforms ordinary flat photos into vivid, three-dimensional isometric cube art.
3) Accounts
You may be required to create an account and provide information such as your name, username, and email address.
- Accuracy: keep your account details up to date.
- Security: keep credentials confidential and notify us of unauthorized use.
- Responsibility: activity under your account is your responsibility.
4) Your Content and Permissions
“Content” includes photos, text, and other materials you upload, submit, or create using the Services, as well as outputs generated by the Services. You retain ownership of your Content.
4.2 License to Operate the Service
You grant Honevia a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transmit, and display your Content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; generate requested outputs; provide support; and keep the Services secure.
4.3 Photos, Face, and Biometrics
We do not perform facial recognition and do not use your Content to identify you or infer biometric identifiers. Content is processed only to generate your requested results.
4.4 Optional Cloud Processing
Some features may allow you to upload Content to our servers for processing. Uploading is optional and controlled by you. If you choose to upload, we process your Content on our own servers and delete it after processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
If processing happens locally on your device, your photos remain on your device and you can delete them at any time.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for illegal purposes or in violation of law.
- Upload Content you do not have the rights to use.
- Upload Content that is unlawful, abusive, or sexually explicit.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security controls.
- Interfere with the Services or introduce malware.
- Exploit, harm, or attempt to harm minors.
We may remove Content and/or restrict access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
6) Intellectual Property
The Services, including software, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Honevia or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you, no rights are granted.
7) Feedback
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation. We are not obligated to implement feedback.
8) Third-Party Services
The Services may allow sharing or exporting through third-party services. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and policies, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
9) Changes, Suspension, and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Services, users, or comply with law.
You may stop using the Services at any time. If you want to request account deletion, contact us.
10) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honevia disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
Honevia does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or that outputs will meet your requirements.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honevia will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising out of or relating to the Services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Honevia’s total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Honevia for the Services in the 12 months preceding the event (or, if you paid nothing, 50 USD).
12) Indemnification
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Honevia from and against claims and expenses arising from your Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms.
13) Governing Law and Dispute Resolution (Binding Arbitration)
These Terms are governed by the laws of Honevia’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law or where you may bring claims in small claims court.
14) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice within the App or by other appropriate means. The Effective Date above indicates when these Terms were last updated. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
